My professional journey in automation engineering
Key projects in industrial automation and software development
The goal was to close the gap between business planning and shop-floor execution. Production orders issued in SAP had to be carried out on plant machines accurately and traceably. The system turns each SAP order into machine-level jobs, and it keeps material consumption and production reporting synchronized between ERP and MES so the business has one reliable view of what was planned and what was produced.
This project replaced manual data transfer between the Manufacturing Execution System and the ERP with an automated, secure integration. The aim was to keep both systems in sync without human intervention and to protect data in transit over sFTP. Validation rules were applied so that every transaction arriving in the ERP is complete and correct.
The objective was to move ageing Allen-Bradley PLC-5 and SLC 500 controllers, which are reaching end of life, onto modern ControlLogix and CompactLogix platforms while keeping production risk to a minimum. The migration aimed to improve maintainability, spare-part availability, and long-term reliability. Redesigned HMI displays give operators a clearer, more modern interface across three control areas.
The project gave management and operators real-time visibility into machine performance, so availability, performance, and quality losses can be identified and reduced. Machine data from scattered PLCs was centralized into one system, which replaced manual performance tracking with accurate, automatically calculated OEE for data-driven improvement decisions.
The aim was to monitor boiler efficiency and utilization continuously. Boilers are critical utilities in pharmaceutical production, and their performance directly affects operational continuity. The REST API opens this data to other enterprise applications, so boiler performance can feed into wider reporting and analysis instead of staying in an isolated system.
The goal was to give feed mill operators a dependable system to control and monitor their production processes in real time. The software was built to match each plant's specific process needs. SLA-based maintenance keeps it running reliably for clients in Indonesia and overseas.
This project centralized custody meter data from many remote field locations into one system at headquarters. The aim was to monitor gas volumes transferred between parties accurately, which matters for fair and transparent custody transfer. The mobile apps let teams check meter status and view the gas network map anywhere, without having to be in the control room.
